Terms and conditions
These terms explain our role as a booking agent, how payment works, and what happens if plans change.

1. Who we are
This website is operated by AeroVia Travels Ltd, trading as AeroVia Travels ("we", "us"). Its registered office is at Cardiff Business Technology Centre, Senghennydd Road, Cardiff, Wales, CF24 4AY, United Kingdom. You can contact us at bookings@aeroviatravels.co.uk or on +44 7449 772797.
By making a booking you confirm that you are at least 18, that you have authority to accept these terms for everyone on the booking, and that the details you give are accurate.
2. Our role as agent
We act as a booking agent for airlines. When you book a flight through us, your contract for the flight is with the airline, and the airline's conditions of carriage apply to it. We link to those conditions before you pay. Our own responsibility is to arrange the booking with reasonable care and skill.
We sell flights only. We do not sell package holidays or combine flights with other travel services.
3. Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include the airline's fare, taxes and charges, and any service fee of ours. A full breakdown is shown before you pay.
- Payment is due in full at the time of booking. We do not accept deposits or part payment.
- When you pay, your card issuer authorises the amount. We take payment only after the airline has confirmed the booking. If the booking cannot be confirmed, the authorisation is released and no payment is taken.
- Fares are not guaranteed until the booking is confirmed. If the airline's price changes before confirmation, we will tell you the new price and you may accept it or cancel without charge.
- Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
4. Passenger details and travel documents
- Names must be entered exactly as they appear on each passenger's passport. Airlines may refuse to carry a passenger whose name does not match, and may charge for or refuse a correction.
- You are responsible for holding a valid passport, and any visa, transit visa, health document or other permission required for your journey, including for any country you pass through.
- Check the UK government's foreign travel advice, and the entry requirements of each country, before you book and again before you travel.
- We are not liable for costs that arise because a passenger does not have the right documents or does not meet an airline's or a country's requirements.
5. Confirmation and tickets
A booking is confirmed when the airline issues the ticket and we send your confirmation by email. Please check it straight away and tell us at once if anything is wrong. Tickets are electronic. Check in with the airline using the airline booking reference in your confirmation.
6. Baggage and extras
Baggage allowances are set by the airline and depend on the fare. Any extra baggage or other service you add during booking is supplied by the airline, at the airline's price, under the airline's conditions.
7. Changes and cancellations by you
- Whether a booking can be changed or refunded depends on the airline's rules for the fare you bought. Those rules are shown before you book. Many fares are non-refundable or allow changes only for a fee.
- To change or cancel, send a request through Manage Booking or contact us. We will tell you what the airline allows and what it will cost before anything is done.
- We charge an administration fee of £9.99 per booking for handling a cancellation, in addition to any airline charge.
- We charge an administration fee of £9.99 per booking for handling a change, in addition to any airline charge and fare difference.
- Refunds are paid to the original payment method after we receive the refund from the airline. Service fees and card processing costs may not be refundable.
- If you do not take a flight, the airline may cancel the remaining flights on the ticket and may not refund them.
8. Changes and cancellations by the airline
Airlines sometimes change flight times or cancel flights. If the airline tells us, we will pass the information to you by email. Where a flight is cancelled or significantly changed, the airline will usually offer another flight or a refund.
You may have rights to assistance and compensation from the airline for delay, cancellation or denied boarding under UK and EU air passenger rights law. Those claims are made to the airline.
9. Financial protection
We sell flights as an agent for the airline, and your ticket is issued by the airline when you book. A flight-only booking of this kind is not a package holiday and is not covered by the ATOL scheme. We recommend travel insurance that includes cover for airline failure. If you pay by credit card you may also have protection from your card issuer.
10. Travel insurance
We strongly recommend that every passenger has suitable travel insurance from the time of booking, covering cancellation, medical costs, baggage and travel disruption.
11. Our liability
- We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our failing to use reasonable care and skill in arranging your booking.
- We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of an airline or any other supplier, or for events outside our reasonable control.
- Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
12. Complaints
If something has gone wrong with a booking we arranged, contact us at bookings@aeroviatravels.co.uk so we can put it right. Complaints about the flight itself, such as delay, cancellation or baggage, should be made to the airline, and we can tell you how to reach it.
13. Your personal data
We use your personal data to arrange and administer your booking, as described in our privacy policy.
14. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to a booking are those published at the time you make it.
